The Wellness Concierge is a premier mobile wellness and holistic health concierge platform operating under the legal registration, management, and operational oversight of ADDA YOGA (Bali, Indonesia). Every reservation, service deployment, facilitator contract, and client interaction is strictly governed by these terms.
You are solely responsible for consulting a physician before starting any yoga or sound healing sessions. Information from instructors is for guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice.
Listen to your body and avoid pushing past your physical limits. If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a doctor before attending future classes
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pre-existing health conditions, or pregnancy before class starts. Sharing this information helps tailor your practice, but overall responsibility for your health remains with you.
All participants must hold valid medical or travel insurance covering physical activities like yoga and sound healing. The wellness concierge / ADDA YOGA does not cover medical expenses, hospitalization, or emergency transport.
Booking a session with The wellness concierge / ADDA YOGA constitutes a full liability release. The company, owners, and instructors are released from any claims regarding personal injury, illness, exposure to contagious diseases, accidental death, or loss/damage of personal belongings incurred during or after sessions.
All content—including custom class sequences, instructional tutorials, and digital media—is the exclusive intellectual property of THE WELLNESS CONCIERGE / ADDA YOGA. Content is provided solely for educational and personal wellness purposes.
Information provided by THE WELLNESS CONCIERGE / ADDA YOGA is for holistic wellness only and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our team consists of wellness practitioners, not licensed medical professionals or dietitians.
All rates are quoted and payable strictly in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
Bookings are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp or email and the required deposit is paid.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your booking.
Deposits can be paid via Wise, local bank transfer, or PayPal/credit card (PayPal and credit card payments incur a 5% processing fee borne by the client).
The final 50% balance must be paid directly to the instructor in exact IDR cash before the session starts, as instructors do not carry change.
We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance. Multi session packages (5-session, 10-session, or monthly) are available at discounted rates upon request.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations made after booking forfeit the 50% deposit.
If you need to adjust your dates, we offer full flexibility to reschedule your private class as long as notice is given
If the instructor arrives and you are absent or unreachable within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session is forfeited and 100% of the booking fee is charged.
You may decrease participant numbers up to 48 hours before class without penalty. Decreases made within 48 hours will still be billed for the original group size. Adding participants is generally welcomed—please notify us as early as possible.
Rainy weather sessions will be moved indoors or to a covered area. Instructors can wait up to 1 hour for severe weather to clear. If outdoor classes cannot occur and rescheduling is impossible due to your travel departures, the deposit remains nonrefundable.

You must inform your teacher of pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to the session. Doing so does not transfer health liability to the instructor.
All clients must hold active medical or travel insurance covering physical activities like yoga and sound healing. THE WELLNESS CONCIERGE / ADDA YOGA does not cover emergency transport, medical bills, or hospitalization.
Booking a session constitutes a full waiver releasing THE WELLNESS CONCIERGE / ADDA YOGA, its owners, and instructors from any liability regarding personal injury, illness, exposure to diseases, accidental death, or loss/damage to personal property sustained during or after sessions.
The client must grant the instructor entry to the villa/hotel (informing security/reception as needed) and provide a clean, safe space suitable for movement.
Sessions outside primary coverage zones (Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu) may incur a small agreed-upon transport fee.
We supply professional equipment (mats, blocks, bolsters, sound instruments). Clients are responsible for proper care; damaged or lost equipment will incur a replacement fee
For traditional sessions (such as Melukat water blessings or Fire ceremonies), clients must follow the Balinese healer's dress code (e.g., wearing sarongs) and adhere strictly to safety rules during rituals.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, drug/ alcohol intoxication, or inappropriate behavior. Instructors reserve the right to immediately terminate or refuse service without refund if the environment is unsafe.
Client contact details and locations are used exclusively to deliver booked services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with any legal disputes subject to resolution within the courts of Bali.
The Wellness Concierge delivers high-end private yoga instruction, somatic breathwork sessions, sound healing journeys, ice bath therapy, massage treatments, and customized wellness events directly to guest villas, resorts, and private residences. By booking any service, the client agrees to be bound by all operational standards and policies of ADDA YOGA.
All service requests across Bali (including Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Umalas, Seseh, Sanur, and Nusa Dua) must be submitted via our official WhatsApp Concierge or designated web booking portals. Bookings are formally locked into our dispatch calendar only upon receipt of full payment or deposit receipt confirmation.

Clients must complete our mandatory digital intake form prior to session commencement, fully disclosing pre-existing medical conditions, spinal injuries, cardiovascular issues, recent surgeries, or pregnancy. Facilitators reserve the absolute right to modify or refuse specific modalities (such as intense breath retention or inversion therapy) to safeguard client health.
The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and sufficiently spacious private environment suitable for the practice. While our practitioners supply sanitized mats, props, and instruments, clients assume responsibility for physical damage to equipment caused by deliberate misuse or negligence.
For outdoor in-villa sessions (e.g., poolside setup), the client must provide a covered backup space in the event of tropical rainfall. The Wellness Concierge is not liable for delayed or cancelled sessions resulting from extreme weather events, natural disasters, road blockages, or local Banjar ceremonial road closures.
